1. How do I order your product?

To order a product just click "Add to Bag" button, located under the product′s picture.

Once you have chosen the item/s you wish to purchase click on your "Bag" at the top of the page which will take you to your Shopping Cart. In your Cart, you can edit or remove item by clicking on ′Change′ or "Remove". You can click on "Continue Shopping" to select more items. Check the shipping rate by entering your address.

Once you have completed selecting your items click "Proceed to Checkout" to make your purchase.

This will then commence the check out and payment process. Just follow the prompts which will collect information such as the shipping and payment details. Or create an account so you can login in the future to check the progress and history of your purchases. Once your order has been processed you will receive an automated email confirming your purchase.

2. How can I pay for my order and how secure is it?

You can pay for your order using VISA, MasterCard, credit cards through a Secure Credit Card payment facility or by Bank Transfer.

3. How do I wash and take care of my sheepskin footwear?

4. Are they waterproof when I receive them?

Our genuine sheepskin footwear is resilient to the basic elements but if they do get very wet you need to let them dry in a shaded area away from the sun and rain. The outside of the sheepskin boot is a soft leather and is not waterproofed when you receive them, so they won?t withstand the harsh elements of heavy rain and snow for very long. Buying a waterproofing spray can help protect the boots from rain and snow. Please see your local store and ask for a soft leather waterproof spray.

7. Do you sell the DECKERS BRAND" UGG Australia™ sheepskin boots

The answer is NO! We sell  the Australian Registered and Made in Australia brand known as – “Koalabi Australia” products as well as overseas produced “Koalabi Australia” fashion products.

 We are not in no way affiliated to the US Company that owns the “UGG Australia” brand - called Deckers.

 The word Ug, Ugh, Ugg has been associated with a style (not brand)of footwear for many years in Australia so you will find many people  advertising ug, ugg or ugh boots. The word ugg is found in the Macquarie Dictionary.

8. Do all of your boots have a label at the back and what does it say?

All of our Koalabi By Jumbo boots have a label on the back.

We have a domestic and international label.

The International, fashion and kids  label says  "KOALABI AUSTRALIA".

9. Will my Koalabi by Jumbo boots be too warm for the summer?

The answer to that is a resounding "No."

Koalabi By Jumbo boots are made from the finest wool that has many wonderful properties - letting your feet breath is one of the major ones. And during summer, this means your feet are kept cool. Warm in winter and cool in summer.

12. What if I wish to cancel my order?

To cancel an order, please Contact immediately. Cancelled orders that haven?t been processed will be fully refunded, cancelled orders that have been processed will be refunded with a deduction of a re-stocking fee (charged in Australian Dollars), which is a 10% of item(s) original purchase price. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations for products that have already been shipped and our Return Policy will apply in that case.

13. How long do you anticipate the order will take to be filled?

Orders are processed within 7 business days of them being recived. Processing times may take up to 30 days .

14. How long do you anticipate the order will take to be shipped to the address of the customer?

All orders are delieverd with Australia post.  The estimated delivery times are as follows 


Standard: 2-7 buisness days

express: 1-3 buisness days


Air mail: 8-20 working days 

Air Mail courier is NOT 100 % trackable; it is the customers’ liability if the parcel is lost in transit. If you wish to have the ability to track your order as soon as it leaves our warehouse please select Express Air courier.

Express air courier: 3-10 working days

All Australian deliveries are with Australia Post, International deliveries are with Australia Post .

16. When will the credit card be charged?

Your credit card is billed at the time of purchase.

18. Does the customer need to be home to sign for the delivery of the goods?

We advise that either you or someone you can sign for you be available for delivery.
